The Naval Governer's House

Between 1729 and 1824, the British colony of Newfoundland was run by Naval Governors. These officers of the Royal Navy managed Newfoundland's political, legal and military affairs.

  • Please do not wear shoes indoors.
  • Clean dishes and kitchen before departure.
  • Please do not use the house towels at the pool. We can provide pool towels upon request.
